Each weekday gets a single dominant theme: Strategy Mon, Build Tue/Thu, Customers Wed, Admin Fri. The theme decides what NOT to schedule, more than what to.
Within a themed day, use 90-min focus blocks aligned to that theme. You stop switching domains 8 times a day — your brain stays in one room.
Share the themes with your team. "Wed is customer day, I take meetings then." Defaults shape behavior more than rules do.
